Is there really a Pagan ritual that involves dancing under the moon in the nude?
AOL saw a program on TV a few days ago, entitled "Taboo: The issue of nudity was "Remove clothes as an act of expression or liberation, and even as a means of worship." He showed a pagan ritual in which men and women take off their clothes to dance naked around a fire under the moonlight. Is it real or just Hollywood that extends from the truth? No wonder Christians have so little time makes the conversion of pagans. How I can be called a ceremony?
Yes, it's like a ritual. In any ritual, participants can choose be Skyclad (naked pagan tongue). Nobody should have to do something. You do not have to participate, all personal choices. All I know of any pagan religion is everything is by choice. You can choose to worship a certain way or choose not to. You are not violating any rules if you decide to do something differently. That is what makes so attractive pagan religions. You do what best suits, is not what someone else tells you. How do you get invited? Join the local pagan community and host your Skyclad ritual itself. But it is not sex, not to be confused. If you are looking for an orgy, do not find there (at least not in the ritual. What happens after So who knows … your choice on all personal. Well, actually, you can have sex in a ritual ….. you need to get in paganism to understand really the ideology).
